One of our legacy clients contracted us to flush and clean a new utility plant providing cooling to their new basketball arena. By working together with the multiple mechanical contractors, we successfully cleaned the chiller plant and all the associated underground piping leading to the basketball arena. This required over 2,000 feet of hose and a pair of temporary risers.
A new 12-story medical building in the state-of-the-art TMC3 in Houston, Texas required a significant amount of flushing equipment to clean the CHW and HW system properly. We were proudly contracted to provide our state-of-the-art flushing services and ensured that the hydronic piping was perfectly clean before commissioning.
A major mechanical contractor on the East Coast contracted us to flush a large multi-story data center. Our engineering team vetted the design and came up with a creative solution to access the roof piping via temporary external risers connected to our pumps and filtration. This kept the project on time and on budget.
